I am Dr. Eduardo Haynes, the Educator in Chief for the Well Appointed Group, LLC.

We specialize in purveying the best for Executive Readiness, Organizational Health, Higher Education Curriculum Design, and Ad-hoc Executive Residencies.

With over 25 years in Financial Services, Organizational Development, Leader Readiness, and 18 years in Higher Education, we can take your organization from great to excellent.

A graduate of the School of Advanced Studies at University of Phoenix, Haynes holds a Doctorate in business administration, an MBA from the Godbold School of Business at Gardner-Webb University, and a BS in business from North Carolina State University.

Haynes is also a certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator, Tuck School of Business Executive Education Alumni, and an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner. Most recently, Haynes completed the NC Equity Fellowship with the Center for Racial Equality in Education, a Political Fellowship with the NC Institute of Political Leadership, and an Innovation for Impact Educator certification from NobleReach Foundation.

Haynes is also a proud member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
